02What we collect
Account: your email address or your Apple / Google sign-in id. Permits: the permit files you add and what they contain (for example names, company, vehicle and load details, permit number, and the route). Trips: locked routes, trip times and your route decisions. Purchases: your plan and its status from the store (we never see your card). Device: language, display settings and basic technical data. Location: only when a drive uses GPS, and only while the trip runs (planned).
03Why we use it
To read your permit, build and lock your route, follow it during a drive, run your account and plan, keep the service safe, and answer your messages. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
04Who processes it for us
Planned for the full version: to read your permit, the file is sent to our server and to OpenAI, a text-reading AI service; to build the route, route points are sent to HERE, a map service. In this demo build nothing is sent. Public road data comes from the US Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and OpenStreetMap. Accounts and storage: Supabase (planned). Payments: Apple and Google. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Each provider handles the data under its own terms.
05How long we keep it
Permits and trips: until you delete them or your account. Raw replies from the reading and map services: for a short time to check quality, then deleted (time still to be decided). Purchase records: as long as the law requires.
06Your choices and rights
You can see your permits in the app and delete your account in Profile → Delete account. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Write to info@honortenet.com.
07Security
Planned: data will be sent over encrypted connections, and sign-in keys will be kept in the phone's secure storage. No method is perfect; tell us at once if you see a problem.
08Children
The app is for professional drivers. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the app shows the new version and asks you to accept it.
