01About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Route on Permit ("we") for the Route on Permit app and website. By using the app you accept them. Route on Permit is operated by Honor Tenet LLC, a New York limited liability company, 418 Broadway Ste N, Albany, NY 12207, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
02What the app does
The app reads a US oversize / overweight permit, turns its route into a map route, lets you check and approve it, locks it, and follows it while you drive. It is a driving aid. It is not certified navigation and not legal advice.
03Driver responsibility
Everything on the road is your responsibility. The "Driver responsibility" text is part of these terms.
04Your account
Give true sign-in details and keep your account safe. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to drive the vehicle. One account is for one person. You can delete your account in Profile.
05Your permits and files
You keep all rights to the permits and files you add. You allow us to process them only to provide the service: read the permit, build the route and lock it. You must have the right to upload each permit.
06Plans and payments
Some features need a paid plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases in the app are billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds follow the store rules. Fleet plans are billed on the web.
07Fair use
Do not misuse the app: no copying or reverse engineering, no automated access, no permits you have no right to share, no attempts to break security. Plans have the monthly permit limits shown in the app.
08Changes and ending
We may change the app or these terms. When the terms change, the app asks you to accept the new version. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
09No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is correct, complete or always available, and we are not liable for indirect loss, fines, delays or damage. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

The app is only an aid
Route on Permit is a driving aid only. It does not replace your permit, your own judgment, or the law.
Everything is your responsibility
You, the driver, are fully responsible for the whole trip: the road you drive, your vehicle, your load, and every decision you make. The carrier and the driver remain responsible for meeting every permit condition.
Always follow these first
Your permit and its conditions, road signs and signals, law enforcement officers, escorts, and state DOT instructions always come before the app. If the app disagrees with any of them, follow them, not the app.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a route is legal for your load. We do not guarantee that clearances, bridge limits, weight limits or road restrictions are correct or complete, or that HERE map data or any other map data is correct or up to date. The app can read your permit wrong, draw the route wrong, or miss a restriction.
Check before you drive
Before each trip, compare the route in the app with your permit, line by line. Check dates, travel times, escorts and every restriction yourself.
Safe use of the phone
Set up the route before you move. Do not type or tap while driving. Mount the phone and obey hands-free laws.
Loss and fines
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for fines, delays, damage, injury or any other loss that comes from using or relying on the app.
